1 Account Registration & Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account on 8333. Age verification may be requested at any time, and 8333 reserves the right to ask for a National ID or passport as proof. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and is our highest compliance priority.

Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration — 8333 reserves the right to terminate any account created with false details at any time.

• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• You cannot manage an account on behalf of someone else.
• If any information provided at registration changes, you must notify 8333 within 30 days.
• If an account remains inactive for 12 months with no activity, 8333 reserves the right to deduct an inactivity fee.

2 Betting Rules & Restrictions

All betting activity on 8333 is carried out at your own risk. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a Cash Out option is available, in which case you may exit at the offered value. Odds changes after a bet is confirmed will not affect that bet.

8333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or void any bet or market in the event of technical issues, changes in match conditions, or other valid reasons. In such cases, the stake will be refunded.

During live betting, if odds change at the moment a bet is placed, 8333 may not accept the bet at those odds — in which case the bet will either be cancelled or accepted at the updated odds. This decision is at 8333's sole discretion.

• The maximum stake per event is determined by your account tier.
• The outcome of bets involving walkovers, forfeits, or matches abandoned mid-way will be determined in accordance with 8333's official rules.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a score or result, the official outcome published by the relevant sports governing body will be considered final.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

All deposits and withdrawals on 8333 must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits or withdrawals from bKash, Nagad, or bank accounts registered to another person are not accepted.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account's VIP level and verification status. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. In exceptional circumstances, this may take up to 24 hours.

Under our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, deposited funds must be used for betting. Withdrawing immediately after a deposit without placing any bets may be flagged as suspicious, and 8333 reserves the right to investigate.

• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
• If a transaction fails due to incorrect payment details, the user bears responsibility for any resulting loss.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal from a bonus balance.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• The accumulator boost applies subject to a minimum number of selections and minimum odds requirements.
• To earn a referral bonus, the referred friend must make their first deposit and place the required minimum bet.
• Cashback bonuses are credited on specific days of the week and must be used within a limited time.
• 8333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• The maximum single bet allowed using bonus balance is generally ৳5,000 or 10 times the original bonus amount, whichever is lower.

5 Account Security & Identity Verification (KYC)

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for all 8333 accounts. Every account must be verified to comply with international financial regulations and anti-money laundering laws. KYC may be requested before your first withdrawal or at any time deemed necessary.

KYC verification typically requires a clear photo of your National ID card or passport.
